Professional Therapeutic Massage. Choose your ideal holistic treatment from among our unique menu of offerings, for an unforgettable experience in one of Panama’s most beautiful settings. Please consult our “Facials” section for complementary services.

Swedish Relaxation Massage. Traditional long, gliding strokes and kneading, using the palms of the hands and the forearms, with the pressure you prefer. Soothes sore muscles and stressed minds, calms the sympathetic nervous system, and promotes healing and restoration via stimulation of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. We use 100% pure Jojoba extract, imported from Arizona or, if you wish, aromatherapy products imported from Costa Rica and Italy.

Deep Tissue Massage. Addresses deep-lying muscles of neck, shoulder, and lower back using focused pressure, friction, and vibration. We use the well-known product Biofreeze on problem areas or, if you’d rather, a traditional alcohol and natural herb tonic hand-crafted here in the Chiriqui Highlands, to remove the aches and pains of an active life.

Hawaiian LomiLomi Nui Massage. The sacred temple-style massage traditionally offered by kahuna healers to island royalty. It begins with pu’ule ( prayer) and features long, gliding strokes with forearms and hands, in the style of the frigate bird, as taught by Abraham of Kauai..

Chair Massage. Uses David Palmer’s Touch Pro protocol for a relaxing yet invigorating and focused compression and acupressure treatment of neck, back, arms, hands, and head. Massages range from 5 to 20 minutes and cost $1.00 per minute.

Manual Lymph Drainage. For face and neck, as taught by Dr. Bruno Chickly of the Upledger Institute. A very gentle, natural technique for soothing and smoothing the face and neck area, while promoting lymphatic drainage and providing relaxation for the whole body. The work is accompanied by an application of pure Musk Rose oil, one of nature’s most gentle yet effective balms for the skin.

Magic Rainbow 60 or 90-minute Massage. You call forth the magic as we create a massage which blends these techniques according to your wishes, like the colors of a rainbow.
